Yes, Wedding and Groom's Cakes are more expensive than regular celebration cakes....Why? you may ask....Let me try and explain.....
This is probably the biggest day up until this point in your life you will ever have. This day will take months of planning, deciding, thinking and dreaming to make it the most perfect wedding for you....and on my end, it is my job to make sure that is exactly what you get....a perfect wedding, at least when it comes to the cake. Lets face it, you get what you pay for....
I spend many hours planning and researching ideas for Brides and Grooms, I also take many hours to talk, text, email the couple as well as coordinators and event planners. I also offer 2 samples at no charge to you. I spend the time and money to invest in your day as if it were my own. Your day means I commit to you to bring you the very BEST cake, and that does not just mean the look, that means the TASTE as well. Nobody wants a dry tasteless wedding cake, and I promise my cakes are neither!
On that thought, please know that I do my very best to work with whatever budget you may have, and still try to accommodate the amount of guests you have to serve as well.
WEDDING CAKE PRICES:
Naked Cakes: $4.00 per serving
All other wedding cakes start at $5.00 per serving.
Please note that flowers are not supplied by me, I usually refer you back to your florist, and can often recommend my favorite florists to help you if you do not have one yet. Flowers must be food safe and can cause gastrointestinal upset or worse if they are not and come in contact with food.
Toppers are not supplied, but can be specially made if needed.
Stands are not supplied.
GROOM'S CAKES
Well, lets face it, these come in all sorts of shapes, themes, and varieties. I will base the price on these individually, based on detail and serving size. I have made everything from tackle boxes, opossum, bar bells, trucks, etc. You name it, I will create it for you!
